Meet with the designer in person to begin the custom process. We will look through your favorites, notes, and any images you bring, then will discuss your design ideas, help you choose gemstone, determine a good time frame and budget, do quick sketches, and answer any questions that you have. We provide price quotes before we start a job.
We recommend getting started 8-10 weeks before you would like your finished ring. If you have a tighter deadline, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Unlike a typical jeweler, we utilize a network of diamond wholesalers in order to present you with a curated assortment of the highest quality diamonds from which to choose. Our recommendations are impartial, ensuring you get a more beautiful diamond at the best possible price.
To hold your stone and order the setting, a 50% deposit is required.
Once your diamond has been chosen, our design team will make your vision come to life. We begin with CAD renderings, allowing you the opportunity to sign off on the final concept for your setting. Then continue with CAD model, and plastic model (for you to try it on!)
We do all our work right here in our own shop in Staten Island using the highest quality materials.
Our settings are handcrafted by our master bench-jewelers and are designed to best enhance your specific diamond.

We work very closely with each customer to ensure that the design is what they want. We promise that you will love your custom jewelry or tell us within 30 days of completion, and we will modify, re-design or start over one time for free!
